What is the South Valley of Cusco? South of the city of Cusco is the place known as the South Valley. It is an important place for the development of the Inca empire. It is the perfect tour for people looking to experience archaeological sites and magnificent landscapes.
We pick you up at 8 o'clock in the mornig then we drive for one hour to the south part of Cusco to visit a nice pre Inka complex PIKILKACTA, wich was part of WARI culture and here you can apreciate the pre Inka arquitecture and the urban planing very nice place then we visit the Colonial church of Andahuaylillas here we can see the nice paintings of Europen style of 17th centures, then we drive 1 hour to TIPON, here we can see the nice aqueduct sistem from Inkas times and most of them still working, here the priest did ceremonies to the mother water.
After we drive to Saylla where you can enjoy the local meal Chicharron or deep fried pork meat.
Then back to Cusco.
